Jeronimas Milius
Singer (tenore) at Kaunas State Musical Theatre, musical theater and rock music performer.
JERONIMAS MILIUS has been the vocalist of the heavy metal band Soul Stealer since 2003. He studied singing with Česlovas Gabalis and Povilas Meškėla, and in 2008 he studied opera singing with Prof. Vladimir Prudnikov.
In 2007, he played the role of Klopeno in the musical “The Hunchback of Notre Dame.” Since 2007, he has participated in the project “Trys Pipirai” together with Č. Gabalis, P. Meškėla, and V. Kairiūkštis.
In 2008, he won the Lithuanian national Eurovision selection and represented Lithuania in the Eurovision Song Contest in Serbia. In the same year, he participated in the LTV project Triumfo arka (Triumph Arch), where he took 4th place.
Since 2008, he has played the role of Klopeno in the Makroconcert Lietuva musical Paryžiaus Katedra (Paris Cathedral). In 2008, he participated in the project “@Hoffmann_Spragtukas” (a musical interpretation of E.T. Hoffmann’s fairy tales and P. Tchaikovsky’s ballet “The Nutcracker”) and created the role of the Nutcracker.
From 2008 to 2009, he studied entertainment stage arts at the Faculty of Arts of Vilnius College (directed by V. Masalskis).
In 2009, he sang the part of Rock Singer No. 1 in a concert performance of Leonard Bernstein’s play The Mass with the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra. In 2009, he won third place in the international competition Slavianskij Bazaar. In 2009, he sang the role of Jesus in the rock opera Jesus Christ Superstar by A. L. Webber and T. Rice. In 2010, he sang the part of Antonio in S. Sonheim’s musical thriller “Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street” (“Bohemian”). In 2010, he performed the role of Clopin (“The Hunchback of Notre Dame”) in an international project in Azerbaijan.
The singer creates roles in musical productions at various theaters and concert organizations.
Since 2011, he has been collaborating with the Kaunas State Musical Theater, and since the fall of 2014, he has been a member of the theater’s soloist troupe.
